- I first adopted a healthy interest in wine when it was occasionally given to me as a child of Italian parents. After college I discovered an interest in all things culinary and began taking a variety of cooking classes. Structured wine classes soon followed and I began to pursue wine education more seriously. I hold the Advanced Certificate in Wine and Spirits from the UK's Wine & Spirit Education Trust as well as the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) credential. I’ve been teaching wine classes since 2004. I’ve been praised for my enthusiasm in the classroom and love talking about wine to anyone who will listen.
